Most of the trips Airman Magazine goes on to cover stories around the Air Force are more like clandestine operations. We go in usually without many people knowing we were ever there. Sometimes we are given demonstrations and get to meet senior personnel but during my last trip to Eglin Air Force Base, Fla., I was treated to my first taste of celebrity.
